My good friend John is having an eye operation today to remove a cataract so I thought that as he’s a drummer and likes songs with a driving backbeat, he might enjoy this one?

This is a song about how my so-called friends and neighbours carry on. They’re pretty much OK as long as you ignore them and keep them at arm’s length. I really don’t understand what it is about people that they have to force their views down your throat.
